We are looking Hybrid Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make contact and schedule appointment with all clients on receipt of sales leads within 5 hours
  • Achieve predetermined sales targets and ensure compliance to closing ratios
  • Ensure “up sell” and generation of referrals to increase possible sales
  • Compliance with all Policies, Procedures and standards with regard to sales inclusive of Sarbox, DLA, COD, price list, etc
  • Ensure that the client is correctly and appropriately advised in terms of security requirements with due consideration to SAIDSA specifications
  • Daily feedback on sales leads to the Sales Secretary
  • After sales service including personal delivery of “Welcome Packs”
  • Appropriately addressing customer queries
  • Remain abreast with technical developments in the security industry and attend training

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Marketing / Sales qualification
  • Security industry experience preferred
  • Previous Sales/marketing experience
  • Own transport and drivers license
  • Computer literacy
  • Good people skills
  • Strong persuasive skills and assertiveness
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills
